A therapist can help you figure these things out for yourself without spinning in circles. What you want to be and where you want to go. You need to figure out what hurts so much. However before you get to hormones, I think you should talk to a psychologist or therapist. They are effective for certain things then have side effects that hurt or help. The ladies jumped in and started talking about hormones. I would highly suggest a couple of options. Why? What is your goal? Where do you see yourself in a year or 5? How about 15 or more?
